These Terms govern use of cor-tecs.com and the general relationship that may arise between LLC "COR TECH SOLUTIONS" and visitors to this site. Project-specific terms are governed by separate contracts.
1. Who we are
LLC "COR TECH SOLUTIONS" is a limited liability company registered in Ukraine under EDRPOU 46402912, with a registered office at Ukraine, 01054, Kyiv, Olesia Honchara Street, 52, office 11. Contact: contact@cor-tecs.com.
2. What we do
We provide software development services: web applications, APIs, internal tools, and maintenance of existing codebases. All work is carried out under a written agreement that sets out scope, timeline, payment, and the responsibilities of each party.
3. Site content
The text, logo, and design of this site belong to LLC "COR TECH SOLUTIONS". Site content is for general information and does not constitute a public offer. Exact terms of any engagement are set out in a separate contract with the client.
4. Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate, but we do not warrant it is free of errors and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. If you notice an error, please write to contact@cor-tecs.com.
5. Governing law
These Terms and any contract entered into with LLC "COR TECH SOLUTIONS" are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in the courts at the place of registration of LLC "COR TECH SOLUTIONS", unless a separate contract provides otherwise.
6. Delivery of Services
All software, code, documentation, and related services provided by LLC "COR TECH SOLUTIONS" are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods. Specific delivery timelines, milestones, and acceptance criteria are explicitly defined in the individual written contract or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of any engagement.
7. Refunds and Cancellation
Due to the custom nature of software engineering and development, we do not offer standard refunds. Either party may terminate an engagement subject to the notice period and terms specified in their respective project contract. In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed, hours logged, and expenses incurred up to the effective date of termination. Any project-specific financial settlements are strictly governed by the signed agreement between the client and LLC "COR TECH SOLUTIONS"
